Beginner Ballet:
This is a mandatory course designed for ballet beginners, with a focus on learning posture, arm and foot positions, body poses, and basic terminology. The course aims to enhance posture and balance. Each semester, students will learn basic ballet choreography to improve their ballet skills, musicality, and expression.
Elementary/Intermediate:
This level primarily focuses on practicing foundational ballet barre combinations and improving dance coordination. The class reinforces ballet terminology and basic skills. Each semester includes comprehensive instruction in ballet variations. It is designed for students who have been learning ballet for at least six months, have established a foundational level of proficiency, and possess a basic understanding of ballet terminology.

We offer a Chinese-style jazz dance program that blends traditional Chinese music elements with modern jazz dance, providing students with a unique artistic experience. In this program, students will learn both traditional and contemporary jazz dance steps, explore how to incorporate Chinese cultural elements into their dance, and express themselves in a distinctive way. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced dance enthusiast, our Chinese-style jazz dance program welcomes you to join us, enjoy the charm of music and dance, and embark on a dance journey filled with creativity and cultural exchange.

The course starts with practicing the foundational elements of Chinese classical dance, which include fundamental hand and foot positions, body posture, kneeling and standing positions, as well as the eight essential elements of movement rhythm. The training also focuses on breathing techniques (Qi-xi) and body rhythms to correct posture and enhance graceful movements. In the advanced class, students will learn more challenging techniques and dance combinations of Chinese classical dance. Throughout each semester, students of all levels will work on learning a complete Chinese dance choreography.

Jazz Funk
Our adult jazz dance program provides a vibrant and energetic experience, welcoming participants of all ages and backgrounds to groove to the rhythm, learn classic steps, and explore the rich history and style of this iconic dance genre.

Barre Fitness is a course that combines fitness and aesthetics to shape a graceful physique and enhance physical beauty. This course primarily utilizes posture exercises, stance practice, and dance exercises as the main tools to transform the body's initial state, improve flexibility, control, and expressiveness in physical movements, and cultivate an elegant demeanor. The course includes several components, such as Ballet, Pilates, and Fitness. In the later stages of the course, students who have mastered the fundamentals of body posture.

This course focuses on improving range of motion, reducing fatigue, and enhancing overall well-being. The exercises include enhancing flexibility in the front, side, and back of the legs, as well as the upper body. Additionally, the course includes exercises to develop core strength and serves as a supplementary class for Chinese classical dance and ballet classes.
