Irene Leung

  • An experienced RAD ballet teacher, has a deep understanding on the syllabus techniques, and strives to pass all knowledge to the younger generations.

  • Pass training at the School of Toronto Dance Theatre , ProArteDanze , the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts, City Contemporary Dance Company.

Selina Tsai teacher

Selina Tsai

Classes: Chinese Dance、Ballet & Contemporary 

  • BFA in Performance Dance Program at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly known as Ryerson University) with a strong understanding and background in Chinese dance, ballet, modern and contemporary.

  • She is a dance artist based in Toronto and is originally from Taiwan. She began dancing at 13 and has been fortunate to work and collaborate with many artists who have supported her in developing her artistic career. 

  • She performed and collaborated with multiple choreographers, including Aria Evans, Rock Bottom Movement, Louis Laberge-Côté and Hanna Kiel. Also, she performed with Jesse Obremski, Stephanie Lake Company, Rock Bottom Movement, Frog in Hand, DaCo Lab and FFDN.

Xinran Tian

Classes: Chinese Classical & Folk dance

  • BFA studies in Dance, specialising in Education and Choreography at York University

  • Dance Performance Department at Sichuan Normal University in China, majoring in Chinese classical dance performance

  • Deep understanding on the syllabus of the Chinese Art Examination and the Chinese Dancers Association

  • Top 100 dancers at the provincial level in China, has won many awards in provincial and municipal dance competitions.

Yuliya xu

Classes: K-pop, Jazz and Heels

  • Yuliya is a passionate and experienced dance instructor and performer, training in Chinese Ethnic Dance, Ballet, Jazz and Hip Pop. With over 20 years dance experience, Yuliya has performed hundreds of large shows/ events such as Canada National TV’s New Year’s Gala, Dance Ontario Weekend, Arts in Parks, Prologues, Mayor’s Lunar Gala. She is also the company dancer for Little Pear Garden Dance Company. The performance picture was chosen to be the cover for Dance Ontario Directory 2018 - 2019 and has been displayed on Ontario Arts Council for years.

  • Yuliya has over 10 years teaching experience, and has taught broad range of students from children to adults. She is able to tailor the class to different levels of learning which allows her students to grow and develop to their best.

Jasmine Huang

Classes: Hiphop, Jazz Funk & Chinese Jazz

  • Toronto-born dancer, actor, singer, choreographer and dance educator.

  • Broadway Dance Center's Professional Semester Program in New York City .

  • Performed with companies including Little Pear Garden Dance Company, J CHEN Project, Royal Thieves, and Gotham Dance Theater.

  • She has also danced in Kendrick Lamar’s Tour Promo Video (UBS Arena/Elio Alvarez) and at the Disney+ "Sneakerella" Premiere (Disney+/Ali Koinoglou).
